PROJECT ANNOTATION:

The project focuses on the selected areas of management and marketing of organisations in the context of digital society development. It is primarily aimed at searching the impact of demographic and technological changes on contemporary organisations, which will be examined in two streams. An important actual specification will be also the investigating post-Covid impacts on management and marketing. The first stream will examine the impact of digitalization and Covid-19 pandemic on human resource management, primarily on issues such quality of work life, diversity and employee training and development. The second stream will examine the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) development on business given attention to management and marketing. The research activities will focus on ICT implementation specifically for digital marketing and its use in the organisational environment and also for communication among people in contemporary society. Special attention will be paid to the issue e-commerce a using social media for organisational branding
